- Ultra violet light therapy room;

Three full time staff have a combined 32 years experience
with the practice. The practice treats 30 patients per day comprising a mix of general dermatology (35%), minor surgery
and skin cancers (30%). cryosurgery (25%), cosmetic (5%) and ultraviolet light therapy (5%).
Billing Potential
The current physician only works 3.5 days per week with approximately 15 patients turned away each day. The
existing office and patient-base could support annual billings of over $800,000 generating an estimated $500,000 in annual
income. An additional physician and expanded office could generate up to $2 million per year in revenue.
